How paid plans work
When a Keenloom tool charges for something, this is how it is sold.
- Subscriptions
- Billed monthly by card at checkout. A subscription renews each month until you cancel it.
- Usage credits
- A one-time card payment for a pack of credits. Credits are spent as you use the tool, and there is no recurring charge.
- Digital reports
- A one-time card payment for a report a tool prepares for you, such as a detailed reading of your results. There is no recurring charge.
- Price and currency
- The price, the currency and what is included are shown on the tool's website before you pay.
- Delivery
- Everything is delivered online and is available immediately after payment. There are no physical goods and no shipping.
- Card security
- Card details are entered on a secure checkout page run by our payment processor. Keenloom never sees or stores your full card number.
- On your statement
- Keenloom uses Link for payments and order management, so purchases are sold through Link and the receipt comes from Link. Charges appear as LINK.COM* KEENLOOM for every tool.

What is Keenloom?
Keenloom is an independent software studio. It builds and operates web-based tools for individuals. Each tool has its own website and is operated under the Keenloom name.
Why does LINK.COM* KEENLOOM appear on my card statement?
Keenloom uses Link for payments and order management. A charge that reads LINK.COM* KEENLOOM is a payment for one of our tools, and the receipt is emailed by Link. A PDF attached to that email names the product you bought. If you do not recognise it, email [email protected] with the date and the amount, and we will find it.
How do I cancel a subscription or get a refund?
You can cancel a subscription at any time, and it stops at the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are paid in full within 14 days of a charge in the cases listed on our refunds and cancellation page. To ask for either, email [email protected]. A subscription can also be cancelled from your Link account at link.com.
