Refunds and cancellation
Last updated 6 October 2026. This policy applies to paid plans and one-time purchases on every tool operated under the Keenloom name.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time, by emailing [email protected], from your Link account at link.com, or from the tool's account settings where the tool has them. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds
Email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge. We refund the charge in full if:
- you were charged in error or charged twice;
- the tool did not work as described and we could not fix it;
- you bought a credit pack and have not used any of the credits;
- you bought a report and it was not delivered, or it is not the report that was described;
- a subscription renewed and you have not used the tool since the renewal.
After 14 days, for credits that have been partly used, or for a report that has already been delivered to you, we do not normally refund, but write to us anyway and we will look at your case.
Paid purchases are sold through Link. You can also ask Link support for a refund, from the receipt Link emailed you or at link.com. Link sends the request to us.
Digital reports
A report is delivered online as soon as you pay. At checkout we ask you to agree to immediate delivery and to confirm that you lose any right to withdraw from the purchase once the report has been delivered. A delivered report cannot be returned, so it is refunded only in the cases listed above.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or payment method you paid with. We send them within 3 business days of agreeing the refund. Your bank may take up to 10 business days to show it. Link emails you a confirmation when a refund is issued.
A charge you do not recognise
Charges for our tools appear on statements as LINK.COM* KEENLOOM, because paid purchases are sold through Link. If you see one you do not recognise, email [email protected] with the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card. Writing to us first is usually faster than a card dispute, and it does not take away your right to dispute the charge with your bank.
Free tools
Tools that are free to use take no payment, so there is nothing to cancel or refund.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
