Privacy policy

keenloom.com is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no forms, no advertising and no analytics, and it sets no cookies.

The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

If you write to us, we receive your email address and whatever you put in the message. We use it to answer you and keep it for as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep a record of refunds and disputes.

When a Keenloom tool takes a payment, your card details go to Link, the payment service that sells the purchase, on its checkout page. We do not receive or store your full card number. We keep a record of the payment itself, such as the amount, the date and the email address you gave, to provide the service, handle refunds and meet accounting and tax obligations.

Each tool operated under the Keenloom name has its own website and its own privacy policy, which says what that tool collects and stores. Read it on the tool's website.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.
