Who we are
Keenloom is an independent software studio that builds and operates web-based tools for individuals. In these terms, "Keenloom", "we" and "us" mean the operator of those tools.
Where these terms apply
These terms apply to this website and to every tool operated under the Keenloom name. A tool may publish extra terms on its own website. Where they differ from these, the tool's own terms apply to that tool.
Using our tools
You may use our tools for any lawful purpose. Do not try to break them, overload them, get around usage limits, resell access without our written agreement, or use them to harm other people. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.
Paid plans
Some tools offer paid plans. The price, the currency and what is included are shown on the tool's website before you pay. Paid purchases are sold through Link, which acts as the merchant of record: Link takes the payment, collects any tax that applies and emails the receipt. A subscription is billed monthly by card and renews each month until you cancel it. Usage credits and digital reports are one-time purchases and do not renew. Paid features are delivered online and are available immediately after payment. Prices may include or exclude taxes based on where you are; the checkout page shows the total before you confirm.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Our refunds and cancellation policy is part of these terms.
Your content
What you type into or upload to a tool stays yours. You give us permission to process it only as far as needed to run the tool for you. Each tool's privacy policy says what is stored and for how long.
Availability and changes
We work to keep our tools running, but we do not promise that they will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If we close a paid tool, we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for.
Liability
Our tools are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Keenloom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for a tool is capped at what you paid us for that tool in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under the consumer law of your country and that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top. Changes do not apply to a period you have already paid for.
